Ronaldo Emerges With Plaster Over His Eye After Nasty Facial Injury

Cristiano Ronaldo emerges with plaster over eye after revealing extent of nasty facial injury during Real Madrid’s win over Deportivo on Sunday.

The Real Madrid ace was left with face covered in blood as he stopped to head home a Casemiro cross for his second goal of the game in Real’s emphatic 7-1 win.

After he scored, Ronaldo was desperate to find out what sort of damage he had done, he was getting treatment, he borrowed a phone from Real’s physio to check on how he was looking.

The Portuguese international received more treatment after the match and showed off a scar next to his eye.

Ronaldo arrives in training on Monday with a plaster on the wound.

After the clash, Real Madrid head coach, Zidane said: “He has got a wound and I think he’s been given two or three stitches. He’s all right.”
On the win, he added: “It’s always great and a positive feeling to win, netting seven goals at home. 
“It’s not every day you get seven goals at the Bernabeu, so we’re thrilled with that today.”
